Holiday Gift Guide 2015

Holiday Gift Guide 2015

Prepping for Christmas has had me wrapped up in a perpetual to-do list since before Thanksgiving. (Shout-out to my sister, who seems to be getting a lot of these lately, for motivating me to get any percentage of holiday shopping done pre-Black Friday for the first time ever.) By the time December 1st struck the calendar, I was in better holiday wish list shape than I’ve ever been.

This year, I did themed baskets for each of my nieces (10, 6, and 3 years old). Thankfully, they don’t read this blog, so I can reveal what I got them. My youngest niece’s basket is Disney-themed and features an array of Sophia the First sweatshirts and figurines. My middle niece went crazy dog-earring the Justice catalog, so her basket is a stuffed animal and owl t-shirt dream. (She also has been begging for the full Harry Potter DVD collection and that’s just such a cute request that it had to be rewarded.)

As for Bryanna, the oldest, she was tricky. Her requests are becoming more expensive — and include things like an iPad Mini, Nike Roshes, and Beats headphones. I bought her the Roshes (and had them personally embroidered with her name on them), as well as bath time play dough from Lush, and an Alex and Ani bracelet. As for the iPad… maybe next year?!

Shopping for the youngins in the family is always enjoyable (albeit stressful at times!) but this year, I had the most fun with the ladies in my life. Curating gifts for my girlfriends has been exceptionally rewarding. My sister, my mom, my bosses, and my roommate were all really fun to shop for. Above is a sneak peek at some of my favorites to get for the lady in your life. Links are below.
