What Did I Think About My March Ipsy Bag?

Equitance Brightening Serum & Spot Corrector

This brightening serum is my jam. You put it on twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, and it goes on so incredibly smoothly. It feels like silk against your face and you can really feel it hydrating your dull, tired skin.

Pur~Lisse Gentle Soymilk Cleanser & Makeup Remover

I used this twice a day almost every single day in March and I’m absolutely loving the results. It has a soymilk base (combined with Whole Oat and White Tea) so it goes on really creamy. It’s also really great at removing makeup. One wash and ALL your makeup is gone; none of that 2-3 washes stuff. One shot and you’re good.

Evelyn Iona Concealer

What I love about this concealer is that it’s made from all natural ingredients. It’s also cruelty free, which means they don’t test this product on animals. Unfortunately, this concealer didn’t really match my skin tone (especially since I just got back from Fort Lauderdale and my skin is tanner than usual).

VINTAGE Illuminating Face Highlighter

I applied this face highlighter over my regular blush and then also brushed a bit on the bridge of my nose, forehead, and chin. The coral color is truly beautiful, I’m just not sure how necessary this product is. It basically does the job of blush and why would I add an extra step to my morning makeup routine if it’s trite and doesn’t make that dramatic a difference?

NYX Cosmetic Butter Lipstick

My NYX butter lipstick in the color “Pops” is one of my favorite shades. I really like it because it’s hydrating, so it’s like wearing a chapstick that has some color to it, too. It’s a two-and-one product and I’m always up for killing two birds with one stone when it comes to makeup!
